Treasure Island

Treasure Island

Treasure island pirate tale is a parody of the actual treasure island but all the characters are mice. I really enjoyed reading it because It is gripping and I couldn't wait to read it. It is about a son of a inn master that finds a map and sets off to look for the treasure. My favourite character is the young mouse because he is very determiner and smart. This is one of the books in the classic tales series. Others include the Wizard of oz and Alice in wonderland. the anther and illustrater is Geronimo Stilton.

Tom gates

Tom Gates Dog Zombies Rule 

This book about a normal 10 year old boy named Tom Gates that has a older sister named Delila and a nemesis named Marcus. He is imaginative and this is shown in his doodles. He is also witty and optimistic. This is the third book that I have read in the series and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is set in the present time and is mainly set in Tom's school and and home. Dog Zombie is his band that consists of Derek, Tom and Norman. The story centers around the band practising, Tom's Uncle, and an old peoples home. I think that this book is hilarious and has a excellent unpredictable ending. It made me keen to read more Tom Gates books. I consider that this fictional comedy book is for kids of any age. It is written and illustrated by Liz Pichon, who uses the first person's perspective.
